Initiate Your Return

Contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify your order details.

Prepare Your Art

Securely pack the artwork in its original gallery packaging and protective materials to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

Label and Ship

Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our authorized returns center.

Inspection and Refund

Once our curators inspect the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 7-10 business days.
